Return & refund policy

1. Deposit
All deposits are non-refundable once paid, as they secure stock and scheduling.


2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of pick-up or delivery, only for unopened, unused, and undamaged goods in their original packaging.
     
  • A 15–20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover warehouse handling, inspection, and administrative costs.
     
  • Refunds will be issued after goods are inspected and approved by our warehouse team.
     
  • Products that have been installed, cut, or damaged are not eligible for return.
     

3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be arranged for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
Price differences and handling fees will apply.


4. Quality & Inspection
Customers must inspect all goods before installation.
Claims for visible defects, damage, or product mismatch will not be accepted after installation.
If a third-party installer is used, ECOTRADEX is not responsible for any installation issues.


5. Final Payment & Quote Validity
Final payment must be made before delivery or pickup.
All quotes are valid for 7 days and may vary due to changes in materials, freight, or currency rates.


6. Warranty
Warranty excludes non-owner use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
